Condition. 

Please be aware that all of our items are vintage. Imperfections are to be expected due to the age of each product.

Please read the condition within the product description and click on the photos to maximise them to give you a clearer understanding.

Standard delivery. 

We deliver using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, which usually arrives within 5-7 days.

Small parcels up to 5kg - £10.00

Medium parcels up to 10kg - £15.00

Large parcels up to 20kg - £20.00 

Oversized delivery.

You'll see 'Delivery charged separately' at check-out if your item is too big for the Royal Mail (above 61cm x 46cm x 46cm).

Oversized delivery costs vary based on size, weight, destination and speed.

To confirm delivery, either leave your details in the 'order special instructions' box at purchase and we'll be in touch - or DM/email in advance for a quote.

Free local collection and drop off.

All items can be collected for free from Leyton east London, usually within 5 days. Select 'Pick up' at checkout and we'll be in touch. 

Purchases above £100 can be dropped off for free within 3 miles. If your address is eligible, you'll be able to select 'Local delivery' at checkout. We'll be in touch.

International shipping. 

Currently, we can only take online orders for mainland UK. Please contact us to arrange international purchase and delivery. 

Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser. 

Returns. 

Goods may only be returned after an agreement, in writing between Stanley Strange and the buyer.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery, except for the products which are made to order.

Returns are at customers' own expense and risk, we advise you use an insured, carrier service.

All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.

The condition of the item must be found in way no different to that in which they were sold.

Sustainability. 

We have the environment's best interest at heart (we are selling secondhand goods after all!) With this in mind we try to reuse packaging, and only use recyclable materials.
